Gerald Clervil is a seasoned business leader, educator, and technology professional based in San Antonio, Texas, with more than 15 years of experience at USAA. Over the course of his career, he progressed from IT Business Analyst to Director of Bank Infrastructure, where he led complex, enterprise-wide initiatives, guided cross-functional teams, and strengthened operational performance through disciplined risk oversight and process optimization.

Passionate about developing people as much as systems, Gerald now serves as a teacher and trainer, designing and delivering engaging, results-driven learning experiences tailored to diverse audiences. As Owner and Manager of ClervilInt, he provides strategic direction, oversees daily operations, and mentors professionals to maximize performance, accountability, and long-term growth.

Gerald holds a Ph.D. in Organizational Leadership and an MBA from Our Lady of the Lake University, along with both a Master’s and Bachelor’s degree from the University of Florida. His expertise spans operations management, IT project management, business analysis, and leadership development. Fluent in English and Kreyol, he is also a former Olympian who proudly represented his nation at the 2000 Summer Olympics in Sydney, Australia.
